568-163 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Ordered as TES70163, this is an AS568-163 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.987 in (152.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.193 in (157.3 mm). PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and strong resistance to permeation. The compound resists wide temperature swings, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
