568-163 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70163 is an AS568-163 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.987 in (152.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.193 in (157.3 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
