E80PC164 is an AS568-164 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.237 in (158.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.443 in (163.65 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. This material stands up to ketones, brake fluid, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across potable water applications, water and steam systems, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
