568-164 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90164 is an AS568-164 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.237 in (158.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.443 in (163.65 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists abrasion and wear, extrusion under high pressure, and petroleum oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam are present.
