APG stocks the E80PC165, an AS568-165 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.487 in (164.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.693 in (170 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

EPDM (EPR) offers very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Expect good resistance to brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ketones. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.

Typical settings include HVAC and refrigeration, brake and phosphate ester systems, and outdoor equipment.
