568-165 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70165 is an AS568-165 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.487 in (164.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.693 in (170 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
