The HSN90165 is an AS568-165 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.487 in (164.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.693 in (170 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
