E80PC166 is an AS568-166 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.737 in (171.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.943 in (176.35 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and dilute acids and alkalis. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is known for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
