568-167 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

TES70167 is an AS568-167 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.987 in (177.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.193 in (182.7 mm). The compound resists wide temperature swings, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is widely chosen for strong resistance to permeation and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges are present.
