568-167 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70167 is an AS568-167 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.987 in (177.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.193 in (182.7 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
