568-168 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90168 is an AS568-168 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.237 in (183.82 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.443 in (189.05 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or ketones.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and automotive air conditioning.
