568-169 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70169 is an AS568-169 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 7.487 in (190.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.693 in (195.4 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The compound resists modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids call for a different compound.
