568-170 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

APG stocks the TES70170, an AS568-170 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.737 in (196.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.943 in (201.75 mm). PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is known for excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and strong resistance to permeation. The compound resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.
