The HS70172 is an AS568-172 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 8.237 in (209.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.443 in (214.45 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile.
