VB90176 is an AS568-176 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.237 in (234.62 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.443 in (239.85 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or amines call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.
