APG stocks the E80PC177, an AS568-177 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.487 in (240.97 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.693 in (246.2 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.
