Ordered as U90178, this is an AS568-178 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.737 in (247.32 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.943 in (252.55 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to ozone, petroleum oils, and extrusion under high pressure. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C).

Typical settings include mining and heavy equipment, construction machinery, and off-highway equipment.
