APG stocks the E80PC201, an AS568-201 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.171 in (4.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.449 in (11.4 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to brake fluid, ozone, UV and weathering, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) delivers strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Verify compatibility before use with mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons.

Typical settings include solar and roofing assemblies, brake and phosphate ester systems, and water and steam systems.
