This o-ring is supplied in AS568-202 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 0.234 in (5.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.512 in (13 mm), catalogued under part number VITON75202. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam are present.
