-202 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

VB90202 is an AS568-202 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.234 in (5.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.512 in (13 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
