SV70203 is an AS568-203 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.296 in (7.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.574 in (14.58 mm). In service, this quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Common environments for this compound include oil and gas, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
