568-203 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70203 is an AS568-203 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.296 in (7.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.574 in (14.58 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving esters or ketones call for a different compound.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and automotive air conditioning.
