HSN90204 is an AS568-204 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.359 in (9.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.637 in (16.18 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or ketones will shorten service life.
