568-204 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

U70204 is an AS568-204 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.359 in (9.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.637 in (16.18 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Expect good resistance to ozone, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or ketones.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across off-highway equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and mining and heavy equipment.
