568-205 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90205 is an AS568-205 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.421 in (10.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.699 in (17.75 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or strong oxidizing acids are present.
