568-206 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80206 is an AS568-206 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.484 in (12.29 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.762 in (19.35 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The material holds up against steam, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is valued for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
