The quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

It resists greases and lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load.
