Part number TEV80207 is an AS568-207 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.546 in (13.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.824 in (20.93 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and steam. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
