568-208 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-208 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.609 in (15.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.887 in (22.53 mm), catalogued under part number U70208. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or acids and bases.
