The HSN90211 is an AS568-211 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.796 in (20.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.074 in (27.28 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or esters.

Common environments for this compound include engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and heavy-duty powertrain.
