APG stocks the VITON75212, an AS568-212 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam are present.
