HS70215 is an AS568-215 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.046 in (26.57 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.324 in (33.63 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.
