APG stocks the HSN90219, an AS568-219 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.296 in (32.92 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.574 in (39.98 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, engine timing systems, and automotive air conditioning.
