This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers very high tensile strength and load capacity, toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving acids and bases or ketones call for a different compound.
