APG stocks the VITON75226, an AS568-226 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.984 in (50.39 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.262 in (57.45 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and oil and gas.
