568-230 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

The U70230 is an AS568-230 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.484 in (63.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.762 in (70.15 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. The compound resists ozone, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or hot water and steam are present.
