Ordered as VITON75235, this is an AS568-235 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.109 in (78.97 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.387 in (86.03 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.
