HSN90238 is an AS568-238 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.484 in (88.49 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.762 in (95.55 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters call for a different compound.
