568-239 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70239 is an AS568-239 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.609 in (91.67 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.887 in (98.73 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
