APG stocks the HS70240, an AS568-240 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.734 in (94.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.012 in (101.9 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or esters are present.
