Ordered as U90241, this is an AS568-241 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.859 in (98.02 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.137 in (105.08 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists ozone, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C).
