-243 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

The H50243 is an AS568-243 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.109 in (104.37 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.387 in (111.43 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against water, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or ozone and direct sunlight are present.
