The HS70245 is an AS568-245 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.359 in (110.72 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.637 in (117.78 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across automotive air conditioning, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
