568-245 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90245 is an AS568-245 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.359 in (110.72 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.637 in (117.78 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for exceptional abrasion resistance and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, impact and shock loading, and petroleum oils. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones will shorten service life.

Typical settings include high-pressure fluid power, press and forming equipment, and hydraulic cylinders.
