Part number H50248 is an AS568-248 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.734 in (120.24 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.012 in (127.3 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, water, and many alcohols. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance.
