568-248 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the U70248, an AS568-248 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.734 in (120.24 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.012 in (127.3 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. Expect good resistance to ozone, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam.
