Ordered as U90249, this is an AS568-249 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.859 in (123.42 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.137 in (130.48 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. The compound resists impact and shock loading, petroleum oils, and ozone. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C).
