SV70251 is an AS568-251 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.109 in (129.77 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.387 in (136.83 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
