The U70252 is an AS568-252 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.234 in (132.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.512 in (140 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. It resists petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones will shorten service life.
