SV70253 is an AS568-253 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.359 in (136.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.637 in (143.18 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

It resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with ketones and esters or hot water and steam.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, semiconductor equipment, and high-temperature process equipment.
